In his more than 20 years of career he has sold over a million records, won an Ondas Award, two solo Latin Grammy nominations and other awards worldwide. He has been appointed European Ambassador for the Environment and has performed in Rome before two million people assembled by the Pope. He has been defined as “the new king of the Celts”, and “the golden bagpiper”.
