All this has negative consequences: we suffer from illnesses and symptoms, and if we add stress to this, matters become even worse. But it’s never too late. There’s a way to change everything.

Starting with a healthy, fertile diet not only helps us with our goal of becoming parents, but also improves our health and represents an investment in the health of our future babies. That is why it is so important to pay attention to what we eat, what we breath, and what we are. Our foods determine how we think, how much we can give of ourselves, and how we are. An intelligent diet will determine what we want to do. If we want to train, we need to eat a special diet. The same is true if we want to study or think of be parents.
